How Does Energy Healing Work?
At the core of energy-based medicine is the belief that discomfort begins as an imbalance in the energy field which encompasses the physical and emotional bodies. Part of this belief is that energy healing stimulates the body's own self-healing abilities, thus encouraging a natural state of balance.
Is There Proof That it is Helpful?
Energy healing has been studied for centuries. Recent hospital, university and National Institute of Health studies of energy healing for anxiety, wound healing, AIDS, cancer and blood disorders indicate that it is helpful.
Is Energy Medicine Expensive?
Energy healing sessions are comparatively less expensive than allopathic (Western) treatments. Often, only a few sessions are required to bring about a noticeable difference in a client's state of energetic balance.

Chronic Shoulder Pain
For five years I visited a chiropractor monthly for relief of constant shoulder pain. services: what to expect from your session
Sessions begin with a brief interview during which your goals are discussed and your questions are answered.
These sessions usually include gentle touch, body rocking, and pressure (to the client's tolerance). Many clients report feeling warmth as well as coolness, deep relaxation, and may sense the lifting of dense energies from the body.
Depending on your reason for seeking a session, there may be increased mobility, stress reduction, reduced or eliminated pain, or other improvements. Often clients find that there is continuous improvement for days following. Post-surgical clients have reported that, following energy medicine, recovery time is reduced and wound healing is accelerated.
Clients seeking to shift energetic patterns related to long-term emotional trauma may experience temporary sadness or mild depression following a session. After the energies have "cleared", levels of comfort higher than those experienced pre-session have been reported.
what to wear
With the exception of the removal of shoes, clients remain fully clothed during the session. Clients wear loose, comfortable clothing of a thinner material like cotton. Please bring or wear socks to your appointment and refrain from wearing jeans or a skirt.
